Kashmir is reeling under depression and financial crunch as there is virtually no business from the past ten months. From Horticulture to Tourism no sector is working and thousands of families connected with these trades or virtually looking for survival.
In such a situation, business community in Kashmir vally was expecting an exclusive and comprehensive financial package as a bailout for them otherwise they are doomed. They have been appealing New Delhi and also business community delegations have met many Union Ministers including Union Finance Minister and appraised them about their plight.
The business community of Kashmir criticized the Government of India for excluding them from the special package of Rs 20,000 crore to cushion the economy of people hit by Covid19 lockdown.

Kashmir Youth Entrepreneurs Federation (KYEF) and Kashmir Artists Welfare Foundation (KAWF) addressed the joint presser recently in Kashmir at SKICC.
