As the authorities have decided to continue with weekend lockdown despite dip in covid-19 cases, right from Saturday morning life could not take the strides of normalcy in Srinagar and other parts.
In the main business center of Lal Chowk all the business establishments and shops were closed and police were strictly enforcing the lockdown on the directions of administration.
It is in place to mention that Kashmir administration decided to go for weekend lockdowns to prevent the spread of Omicron Variant of covid-19 and in the latest lockdown they allowed the business community to go for normal business day on Friday.
