Rains and wet weather bring life fresh start in Srinagar

In Lal Chowk and adjacent areas the markets were open on Tuesday even as the area along with other parts of Kashmir was witnessing heavy rains forcing the people to move with umbrellas to the markets.

People were seen busy buying the essential items including vegetables from the market. The fisher women were seen on the Amira Kadal Bridge selling their produce to the people as the fish is an important ingredient of food especially during the rains and snow.
