On the Eid festival a lot of locals and tourists have started visiting Badam Vear and Tulip Garden.
This rush of visitors has resulted in traffic mess on the roads of Srinagar especially in Downtown and Boulevard.
Authorities have already announced the traffic plan on both the roads, but the common people are witnessing huge traffic jams. It takes hours for people to reach their home and office destinations.
Traffic police have been trying to regulate the rush of vehicles but it is not being streamlined and the people have appealed to the authorities to regulate the traffic on these two roads.
Hundreds of people remain stranded in vehicles for hours and many patients have also been waiting in the traffic jams to reach the hospitals in Srinagar.
