Education for all is one of our prime agendas and the government will take comprehensive measures to enhance educational standards while addressing the concerns of the teacher fraternity.
Deputy Chief Minister, stated this while addressing a one day convention on “How To Raise Standard Of Education” organised by the Jammu Kashmir Teachers’ Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) here today.
He lauded the role of teachers in building the society. He hailed the efforts of JKTJAC in highlighting the demands and grievances of teacher fraternity. He asserted that standard of education can be raised through various strategies, including building educational partnerships, providing individualized learning, embracing technology and increasing global awareness.
He stressed on exploring new strategies for teachers to adapt their instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners in the classroom. He suggested for revising curriculum to include global issues, cultural diversity and critical thinking skills to prepare the students for a globalized world.
Choudhary also advocated professional development for teachers through workshops, training programs and collaborations. He emphasized the importance of teacher mentorship and coaching to support new and experienced educators in their professional growth.
He said that focus should be on improving teachers’ training, reducing rote learning and creating more inclusive learning environment.
