Ladakh is waiting

The Baisaran terror attack of April 22 has crippled tourism industry left, right and centre.

Not only it has an adverse impact on Kashmir but also on the tourist footfall region and UT of Ladakh.

Ladakh is still waiting for tourists while in the summer season there used to be a huge tourist rush.

According to hoteliers of Ladakh they are facing a sharp decline in tourist arrivals in the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack.

Now the private tourism players of UT of Ladakh have launched a campaign to remind the world that the region is safe and ready to welcome tourists.

It is the duty of the Union Government to intervene and save the tourist industry in Ladakh as there is complete silence to promote tourism for Ladakh after the Baisaran terror attack felt the stakeholders of this UT.

Ladakh is known for its beautiful high altitude lake and the huge tourism industry is reeling under the impact of terror at Pahalgam.
