Hyderpora probe by SIT is not acceptable says Altaf Bukhari

After Peoples Conference J&K Apni Party has rejected the findings of SIT in the Hyderpora encounter and has said that it is not acceptable either to the people or to the party that they have tried to justify these murders.

Mehbooba Mufti has also rejected the probe and the Hyderpora encounter created lot of repels in the public circles while the people along with the family members by their peaceful protests forced the government to give back bodies of the two civilians including a doctor.

Talking to media persons, Bukhari, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that they don’t accept the probe conducted by police, saying that the killers should be brought to book.

“Who is police to give clean chit in Hyderpora incident. Judicial probe has to be conducted in this regard and the killers will be identified,” he said.

Earlier, Bukhari led his party workers to protest against the Delimitation Commission’s draft with regard to addition in assembly seats in Jammu and Kashmir, which, however, was foiled by authorities.

After the protest was foiled, Bukhari said that the future course of action will be decided in a meeting today.
