Solid waste management

The Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) and other town municipalities in Kashmir face a significant challenge in managing solid waste after Eid-ul-Azha. The massive influx of animal waste and other organic materials poses a substantial threat to the region’s environmental and public health.
