Heavy rains create flood like situation at Baltal

At the parking lot of Baltal base camp at sonamarg on Tuesday evhitening flash floods hit some vehicles.authorities and police said that all the yatiris at the Base Camp were safe however after the flash floods all the vehicles have been shifted to safer place.

Police said that authorities and security forces were at the Base Camp of Baltal and have assured yatiris of all help.There was lot of panic among the yatiris due to heavy rains and winds . Reports said that there was windstorm and flash floods.
