Governor ask army and security forces to avoid civilian killings

Expressing concern over the three civilian killings in Kulgham including that of teenage girl, governor N.N Vohra held high level meeting at Rajbawan. Reports said that he told all heads of government forces that civilian killings would not be tolerated even at the face of grave provocations.He said that during anti militancy operations civilian killings should be avoided at all costs.

GoC of Northern command was especially invited to Rajbawan so that army gets a message from the top that civilian killings could not be tolerated , authorities have taken all measures to save the fragile environment around south kashmir as it is brimming with anger.reports said that despite restrictions thousands of people participated in the funeral procession of slain youth including the teenage girl Andleeb.
