Recently kids were playing in Shopian with one of such explosives it resulted in a massive tragedy. The shell left one minor killed and 4 others injured. The killing of a civilian Wasim Khalid in Trehgam village of Kupwara on Wednesday evening has shown that governor N.N Vohra has failed to curb the incidents of civilian’s deaths Kashmir valley.

A minor girl and two other civilians were killed in Kulgam by army, followed by spike in violent incidents like kidnapping and killing of a cop in Shopian and stabbing to death of a woman at Hajin. The protests anger and violence have increased manifold in Kashmir valley since Governor N.N Vohra started governing J&K state from Raj Bawan. All the protests are now directed against the central government, government forces and Raj Bawan. There is a silent shift of the anger which was previously directed against Mehbooba and PDP to government forces and New Delhi. Kashmir is sliding back to violence and protests with no signs of normalcy on ground.
