Shopian: A complete shutdown was observed for the fourth consecutive day in this south Kashmir township against the killing of six militants, including a civilian by government forces on Friday.

All shops, business establishments, schools and colleges, petrol pumps remained closed for the fourth straight day in Shopian town and some other parts of the district against the killing of five militants in an encounter with government forces on Friday last,
