Srinagar: A youth was injured in forces action who launched cordon and search operation (CASO) in Kissrigam village of Kakapora area in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.
Reports said that youth took to streets and clashed with the forces after the latter launched a cordon-and-search-operation in Kisrigam village of Kakapora.
A youth, identified as Sameer Ahmad, suffered an injury in his left foot during the clashes.
He was shifted to sub-district hospital Pampore where from he was referred to Bone and Joints Hospital Barzulla, said a health official.
