Reports from different localities of Srinagar city said that police and CRPF deployed in strength were not allowing people to reach to thier destinations. In the past few days there has been traffic mess in Srinagar city due to restrictions in place.authorities have imposed restrictions in downtown Srinagar and other parts of Srinagar city on Friday the day of Aushura .
Reports said that police has blocked lot of roads in Srinagar city by laying razor wire.
