Police says second slain militant is top lashkar commander

Police said that they have identified the second slain militant in Tajjar encounter.police told media that he is Abu Maaz , atop Lashkar commander who was operating in North kashmir. Police has earlier identified the first slain militant as a local of Tajjar shrief Sopore. Government forces yesterday in a gunfight killed two militants in the area.
