Srinagar : A complete shutdown is being observed in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district against the slapping of Public Safety Act (PSA) on a local shopkeeper.
All the shops and business establishments are shut in the area while as a thin movement of traffic is visible on the roads.
Confined in a Jammu Jail now, a local shopkeeper identified as Hilal Ahmad Dhobi, son of Ghulam Mohudin Dhobi, a resident of Hamdania Bazar Tral was slapped with PSA on Monday.
Reports said that the family and relatives of Hilal have appealed the governor’s administration to Hilal.
