Srinagar : Sixteen army men were injured in a road accident in Kanipora village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Saturday.
A police official said that a private truck ferrying the army men of 23 PARA to Balpora base camp skidded off the road in Kanipora village, causing injuries to 16 soldiers.
Reports said that all the injured soldiers were shifted to the nearby hospital for treatment.
