Youth found dead in his vehicle in Mendhar area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch

Srinagar: Body of a youth was found under suspicious conditions in Mendhar area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch Thursday, officials said.

The officials said that they received a report that a dead body was lying in the area and dispatched a police team to the spot near a service station.

The deceased youth, identified as Imran Gorsi son of Abdul Razzaq, a resident of Mendhar was a B.Ed student and was found on the driver’s seat of his maruti car. The police had to break the vehicle window to pull out the youth, they said.

“He was found dead on driver’s seat and shifted to hospital where doctors confirmed him to be dead,” the officials said.

Police have registered a case and started investigations.
