Four army men killed civilian and another jawan injured in pulwama encounter

According to news agencies four army men were killed and one jawan was injured on Monday morning when gunfight broke out in Pinglana village of pulwama in south kashmir.
News reports said that one officer of rank of major was killed in the gunfight so far.local reports and hospital sources said that one civilian identified as Mushtaq Ahmad was critically wounded in the encounter.
Latest reports said that gunfight was still going on in the village of Pinglana. SOG wing of Jammu and Kashmir state police and 55 RR in wee hours of Monday have started searches in the village after having inputs about the presence of militants. More details are awaited.
