Authorities in Jammu have lifted curfew in Jammu from 88 am till noon. Officials told this reporter that they will review the situation at noon and if peace prevail then they will lift curfew.
Officials further said that other restrictions will remain and said that they will act tough against any attempt of violence by any group. Authorities have imposed restrictions on assembly of people in Jammu and have suspended Internet services for the past six days.
All educational institutions in Jammu will remain closed and all slated examinations for Wednesday were postponed.
