Police impose restrictions in Srinagar in response to JRL call

Police imposed curfew like restrictions on Sunday in parts of Srinagar city after JRL gave a hartal call against mass arrests and attempt by central government to temper with article 35A.
Police said that they have imposed restrictions in downtown Srinagar to avoid protests and violence.during the previous night most of the people in the entire Kashmir valley could not sleep as many rumours from health of shabir Shah to war were making rounds.
This newspaper did a late night story qouting state governor satya pal malik saying that there was no truth in these rumours.
