Fresh landslides block highway in morning

Traffic officials in Srinagar said that Srinagar Jammu highway was closed again today morning due to fresh landslides in Ramsoo sector. A senior traffic officer told this reporter that BRO engineers and workers were busy in repair work and clearing up of debris. He said that hopefully they will clear the highway in few hours.

Traffic officials have appealed people not to undertake journey on highway today without getting status of the road known from traffic control rooms set up at Srinagar Jammu and other places all along Srinagar Jammu highway .
