Srinagar: A 13-year-old boy was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Lower Kangri village of Rajouri district of Jammu division of the state on Tuesday.
The deceased was a student of 7th standard. He was found hanging inside home.
Police said that they have launched a probe in the matter
