Re-hiring of lectures

Re-hiring of lectures

In the recent past many bureaucrats have tried to cut-short all those young educated people who have been hired by the government as on temporary basis for the higher education. They were unnecessarily harassed by the Babus without understanding the reality that most of them have now crossed their age limit and are doing the job at a very low salary. Even then those bureaucrats were harassing them who are taking lot of perks on daily basis more than their monthly salaries. Finally State Governor understood the problem and came to the rescue of these temporary lectures

In a recent SAC meeting State Governor Satya Pal Malik approved the temporary re-hiring of services of 10+2 Lecturers, who have already rendered their services during 2019 upto 30.06.2019, purely on academic arrangement basis, from 10.07.2019 to 10.08.2019 in the winter zone and from 15.07.2019 to 15.08.2019 in the summer zone or till the posts are filled up by placement/promotion of eligible PG Masters/Teachers as Lecturers in the respective disciplines, whichever is earlier.

The decision has been taken to ensure continuity in academic activities in the Higher Secondary Schools and in larger interest of the student community. SAC has also approved temporary re-hiring of services of Subject Specific Teachers who have already rendered their services during 2019 upto 30.06.2019, for 110 High Schools upgraded under RMSA, on contract basis, from 10.07.2019 to 10.08.2019 in the winter zone and from 15.07.2019 to 15.08.2019 in the summer zone or till the provision of regular teaching staff by the School Education Department by way of rationalization, whichever is earlier.

State Governor has been very kind to such people who have been at the receiving end of officers in J&K State. The senior officers have been mending and bending rules for their dear ones, but when it comes to public good they have always proved to be the stumbling blocks and have been responsible for many street agitations including those of Anganwari workers.
