Ensure no vehicle is parked along roadside: HC to govt

The J&K High Court today reiterated and made it clear that the government should ensure that no vehicle was parked on the roadside.

The court said the government should ensure that the vehicles were parked in the designated parking spots.

These directions were passed today by a Division Bench of the HC comprising Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur in a PIL on traffic congestion in Srinagar city.
