Effective grievance redressal mechanism in place: DDC Pulwama

PULWAMA, MARCH 5: In a bid to strengthen the public grievance redressal mechanism, District Administration is making every effort to address public grievances and for this purpose an effective mechanism has been put in place.

These remarks were made by District Development Commissioner Plwama, Dr Raghav Langer during weekly “Phone-in-Call” program conducted in presence of ADCs of Tral, Awantipora, Chief Planning Officer, District Officers and other concerned officials at Meeting Hall in DC office Complex, Pulwama here today.

During the programme scores of callers projected their issues and sought intervention of DDC in resolving the issues.

DDC assured that grievances raised by the people would be resolved on priority and directed concerned to mobilize additional resources in this regard.

He also directed ADCs to conduct spot visits of Government Schools to check the attendance of staff and quality of education.
