Elderly man from Covid-19 infection dies in hospital

Srinagar, May 28, KNT: A Covid-19 patient died of respiratory syndrome here in Srinagar on Wednesday.
With this death the number of patients who died of Covid-19 has reached 27. Among these, 3 deaths were reported from Jammu.
Nodal officer GMC Dr. Salim Khan told news agency KNT that a 65 years old male, resident of Khanpora Baramulla, was admitted at SMHS Hospital yesterday and within hours of his admission in the hospital he died.

He said the patients was a Covid-19 patient.
“The cause of the death of this Covid-19 patient was acute respiratory syndrom,” Dr Salim said. (KNT)
