Anantnag, June 9: A 75 year old man died in South Kashmir hospital this afternoon. The man had been tested positive for Covid-19 a couple of days ago and was admitted at Government Medical College Anantnag.
Divulging information about the deceased patient GMC Anantnag Principal Dr Showkat Jeelani told News Agency KNT that 75 year old man died today due to Covid-19 infection. He said the man had acute respiratory problem.
The deceased is the resident of Panzath Qazigund area of South Kashmir.
Earlier a 52 year old man died of the same infection at CD Hospital Srinagar during morning hours. (KNT)
