On the retirement of Bashir Ahmad Thokar Assistant Engineer PHE Sub Division Pampore S/O Late Ghulam Qadir Thokar permanent resident of village Wattoo (Aharabal) District Kulgam, retired from active service and receives warm welcome in his village and from his friends.
