Dr Aziz Hajini Unwell Shifted To New Delhi For Treatment

Champion of literary and cultural scenario in Jammu & Kashmir, author of more than 20 books, former secretary of J&K Academy of Art Culture and Languages and presently convenor of Northern Regional Board of Sahitya Akademi New Delhi, Dr Aziz Hajini developed some symptoms of obstructive jaundice at Srinagar. After the preliminary investigations at Srinagar, he has been shifted to New Delhi for possible treatment and management of the disease at the Indian Institute Of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS) New Delhi where world famous Gastroenterologist and Director of ILBS Dr S K Sarin instantly did the procedure of Biliary stenting for immediate relief to Dr Hajini.
For further medical and surgical procedures, Hajini is under the keen observation of Doctors at New Delhi.
As per the family and hospital sources, his condition is stable and in his recent tweet, Dr Hajini has requested all his friends and well-wishers to remember him in prayers for his speedy recovery.
Meanwhile many literary, cultural and social organisations have prayed for the early recovery of Dr Aziz Hajini.(KNS)
