Former CM Mehbooba Mufti released after 14 month detention

Srinagar :Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti has been released after 14 months of being in detention.
The Peoples Democratic Party president was detained last year on the eve of the day of abrogation of article -370.
Iltija Mufti who was handling the Twitter handle of her mother wrote, “As Ms Mufti’s illegal detention finally comes to an end, Id like to thank everybody who supported me in these tough times. I owe a debt of gratitude to you all. This is Iltija signing off. فی امان اﷲ May allah protect you,”
