Srinagar, Apr 25: The district administration Srinagar on Sunday evening declared five more areas as Containment Zones after nearly 50 positive COVID-19 cases were detected from these areas in last three days.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Muhammad Aijaz Asad as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) in a tweet informed that Rainawari, Dalgate, Buchpora, Soura and Lal Bazaar areas in Srinagar have been declared as Containment Zones.
He added that nearly 50 positive cases were reported from these areas during mass sampling over past three days.
“Five new Containment Zones come up in Srinagar. Rainawari, Dalgate, Buchpora, Soura, Lal Bazaar. Positive cases between 40-50 reported from these areas during mass sampling over past 3 days. Stay indoors. Let’s #BreakTheChain,” DC Srinagar tweeted—(KNO)
