Overseeing the operations

All the top brass of JK administration are visiting hospitals in Jammu and Kashmir to look for the space and treatment for the patients who are testing positive to covid-19.

In this direction recently Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, visited JLNM hospital Rainawari  to oversee the functioning of Oxygen Generation Plants and other facilities made for Covid positive patients.

This visit was necessitated with complaints that oxygen supply was falling short in covid designated hospitals. The government of Jammu and Kashmir had already sanctioned additional plants of generating additional oxygen in various hospitals of Srinagar.

According to the media reports DC Srinagar ordered the functioning of a new oxygen plant in JLNM hospital within five days. Similarly the other district heads in Kashmir valley have been holding meetings and visiting the hospitals on war footing in order to mitigate the sufferings of common people who are feeling desperate and helpless because of the growing infection.

While the government is claiming that they are trying to flatten the curve but the fact remains that daily count of positive cases and deaths is frightening the common people.
