Unregistered medical shop sealed in Handwara

Authorities Saturday sealed an unlicensed and unregistered medial shop in North Kashmir’s Handwara town.

Reports said that a team from Drug Department inspected various medical shops and during the inspection a medical shop was found unregistered and thus sealed on the spot.

The medical shop in question is ‘Sunshine’ medical store.

Reports added earlier also this medical shop had been seized but was later on allowed to operate.

ADC Drug Control Department Bashir Ahmed confirmed the seizure of the medical shop and said the investigation in this regard has been launched and it is being ascertained on whose directions this medical shop was allowed to operated in the town. (KNT)
