A civilian sustained critical injuries after suspected militants fired upon him in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
The attack on the civilian was carried out by militants in Brazul village of the district.
Sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that militants fired upon one Javaid Ahmed Dar son of Muhammad Abdullah Dar in Brazloo village.
He has been shifted to hospital for treatment where his condition is stated to be critical.
Unconfirmed reports said that the victim is reportedly affiliated with BJP. (KNT)
