Srinagar: Greentech Foundation held two days ( 26-27 August) National Summit 2021 on safety culture & energy conservation at Sonamerg. Several corporate professionals from public & private sector from all over country participated in the summit.
IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar IPS was chief guest for inaugural day. He delivered a lecture on “safety culture at workplace”. Kumar appealed to corporate professionals to share and reinforce collective belief in their organisation and at workplace in particular that safety is an important aspect besides technological solutions for safety.
He also insisted on removing “ Chalta hai attitude “ from the organisation. Dharam Pal IAS advisor to Administrator Chandigah spoke on energy conservation. K. Saran , Chairman Greentech Foundation later on presented “ Greentech Fellowship Award 2021 to Vijay Kumar IGP Kashmir on the recommendation of advisory members of foundation.(GNS)
