Vaccination drive

As the covid cases are showing the surge across Jammu and Kashmir the administration has responded by corrective measures like appealing people to adhere to the sops.

But the biggest sop is the vaccination and the LG has asked the health department to go for aggressive vaccination in far off areas so that people are saved from this infection.

The process of vaccination is going on and even the containment zones have been announced in many areas by the government to stop further spread of covid-19.

Recently LG Manoj Sinha has made a renewed request to those who have not been vaccinated yet to get vaccinated at the earliest and contribute to the Government’s efforts in defeating Covid pandemic.

In Srinagar district government has taken all the measures to combat the infection and have asked people to take all the precautionary measures for their own safety.

Covid-19 not only kills people but it also kills the economy as the government is forced to go for the lockdowns. It mainly hits daily wagers who start doing their work when there are no restrictions.

It is the collective responsibility of society to combat infection and take all corrective measures so that the government is not forced to go for another lockdown.
