Recently the Divisional Commissioner reviewed Revenue matters of Srinagar District. He directed for intensifying anti-encroachment drive to retrieve State/ Kacharie land

He was informed through a detailed PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) about the functioning of the Revenue Department and current status of various Revenue matters and measures taken to further improve the Revenue related services to the public.
He took a detailed review of all vital matters including status of Grievances redressal mechanism, status of pending Court cases, pending land Acquisition cases, Revenue issues/pending Mutations of Army/ Security Forces, status of Audit Paras, implementation of e-Office, issues regarding Nazool Land/ Custodian Land/ Migrant Properties, holding of camps and attestation of mutations, progress with regard to implementation SVAMITVA, Digital India Land Record Modernization Programme, progress of digitization of Jamabandi/ Girdawari, Missing Land Record, Status of Patwar Khana, implementation of Transfer Policy, Physical Verification of Stocks/stores, details of Administrative Inspection, status of RDA Enquiries, Vacancy position and conduct of DPC.
