There is a new programme in higher education in Jammu and Kashmir which is known as Lieutenant Governor’s Sustainable Development Fellowship Programme.
Recently Manoj Sinha reviewed the progress and impact of this fellowship programme in Raj Bhawan.
He directed IIT Jammu & Higher Education Department to engage with the fellows on a regular basis to address their concerns and also review the impact of this programme.
He said that the basic aim of this programme is to encourage independent ideas, capacity building of the fellows, integrated & holistic approach is must to make the programmes more effective in terms of impact and outcome.
